No-one should be expected to work all the time. I have been helping people to relax and connect with themselves and the natural environment through mindful walking since 2018 through a project called 'Mindful Walks'. In that time I have collaborated with The Woodland Trust and Natural Resources Wales, and been booked to lead walks for the National Lottery Heritage funded Elan Links in mid Wales, and since 2018 The Between The Trees Festival in South Wales.
I am looking to collaborate with local charities and interested groups to bring mindfulness to people in a natural and accessible way. I can deliver bespoke forest bathing sessions in local parks or woodland or explore ways of bringing nature connection into the office itself.
"A mindful walk with Tommy along the beach at Sully remains one of my stand out mindful memories for the quality of the experience itself, and as a template for being outdoors mindfully. I’ve really appreciated that over the last few months - recognising the importance of being present and engaging all senses has enhanced my experience of the lovely spring we’ve had this year as well as helped me be resilient enough to get through lockdown. So on all mindfulness fronts - coping, connection, flourishing and empowering change - Tommy’s guided walks and his guided practices on Insight Timer are highly recommended."
