All courses can be taught in person if circumstances allow or online via videoconferencing services such as Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
Participants need to have a willingness to engage in the course sessions and some home practice. Some scepticism is normal and even beneficial as long as it is accompanied by curiosity and care for self and others.
I offer free one-off taster sessions that can be booked on a day and time of your convenience to gauge interest and inform potential participants.
