I have been delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness courses in the NHS since 2010, helping people to cope with the full range of common mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression. I'm confident and empathetic speaking to people who are struggling and keep a person-centred and solution focused approach.
I am registered with the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA) as a teacher of the classic 8 session Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. This is ideal for the general public, especially to develop ways to alleviate stress through relaxation, better body awareness and improved interpersonal communication.
I have completed training and certification in the delivery of this flexible course that can be offered on a 1:1 basis, over a shorter time frame or requiring briefer sessions and is ideal for the needs of the workplace.
